Your desires are easily given to you when your vibration is high. A high vibration is the same match for the high vibration of the feeling of desire.
If you go out of your way to seek joy you will increase your vibration. Joy is the highest vibration. You may be thinking what is the easiest way to feel joyful?
The quickest route to joy is appreciation. Appreciation really is under-estimated. Get into the habit of appreciating everyone and everything.
Actively look for the good and see the positive side of everything. When you focus on the good, your good will grow.
When you appreciate others they will respond warmly to you. Appreciation is like a magic wand that brings out the best in others.
Everyone knows someone who is a natural cheerleader of life. You know the person. They never have a bad word to say about anyone and are never caught complaining.
It feels good to be around this type of person as they radiate so much positivity and raise the vibration of everyone around them.
Joy is such a powerful vibration. And we can all find something to be joyful about. Even when we are in the lowest depths of despair and in a crisis there is always something or someone to appreciate.
Simply the fact you are alive and breathing is reason enough for celebration. It’s alright not to fee joyful all the time. But it’s important not to dwell in pity states for too long.
If you stay there too long you will simply send out the pity vibration and more things for you to feel sorry about will be attracted into your life.
Get into the habit of daily appreciation and gratitude. The more you appreciate the more things you will find to appreciate.
Until you wake up one magical day and you are living in a state of joy in each and every moment.
